The 2.4GHz Wifi Sous Vide Cooker can be remotely controlled via the InkbirdSmart app. This allows you to monitor your cooking progress without being in the kitchen. You can also share control of the device with family or friends on the app. Preset values are saved when the device is powered off, and basic settings can be adjusted directly on the cooker.
This device is programmable without requiring additional equipment. Attach it to any pot with water, add your food in a sealed bag or glass jar, and set the temperature and timer within WiFi range. Cooking is silent, and you can select recipes and set temperatures directly on the machine.
The sous vide circulator offers a temperature range of 77F to 210F (25°C to 99°C) with 0.1 (1F) accuracy. It features a calibration range of -10F to +10F, maintaining precision over time. The timer can be set for up to 99 hours and 59 minutes, and starts once the desired temperature is reached. It includes a readable LCD screen (W)36mm*(L)42mm, 128*128 Dot Matrix LCD.
With 1000 watts, this sous vide machine heats water quickly and circulates it efficiently. It's suitable for various foods such as vegetables, meat, fruit, cheese, and eggs. Recipes can be selected from the app or directly on the LCD screen.
The thermal cooker includes protection features and a temperature alarm that alerts if the water level is too low or if the desired cooking temperature is met. The stainless steel construction is easy to clean, although the device is not waterproof, and the water level should not exceed the maximum line.
