This Return & Exchange Policy applies to orders placed through Interzivo (hereinafter referred to as “I” or “we”).

1. Valid Return & Exchange Window

Requests may be submitted within 45 days from the date of receipt.

2. Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

We accept return or exchange requests under any of the following conditions:

  1. Visible issues with product appearance

  2. Identifiable quality defects

  3. Odor, severe color variation, or conditions affecting normal use

  4. Item received does not match the order

  5. A request submitted without reason within the valid window

3. Process for Returns & Exchanges

The process for returns and exchanges is the same and includes the steps below:

Step 1: Submit Your Request
Contact us via email or phone and provide:

  • Order number

  • Proof of payment

  • Reason for return or exchange

  • Photos or videos supporting your request

Step 2: Review & Notification
We will review your request.
If approved, we will notify you using your provided contact details and share the applicable return address.

Step 3: Send Back the Item
Return the product to the designated address and keep proof of shipment while waiting for the parcel to arrive.

Step 4: Inspection & Next Steps
Once we receive the returned item, we will inspect it.
After verification:

  • Returns: We will process a refund within 1–3 working days

  • Exchanges: We will ship a replacement within 1–3 working days to your address

4. Cost Rules

  1. For returns or exchanges due to appearance issues, quality concerns, odor, severe color variance, or receiving the wrong item — we will cover the shipping cost

  2. For requests submitted without reason — the customer is responsible for return shipping

5. Refund Details

After the return has passed inspection, the refund will be processed within 1–3 working days.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

6. Responsibility Notice

From the time the order is received, the customer is responsible for proper item care.
Packages missing accessories, lacking original labels, showing obvious use, or carrying damage caused after receipt may be rejected.
Returned items must include original packaging and related components.

7. Return Label

A return label is included in every shipment to facilitate return handling.
If your label is misplaced, you may request another during the application process.
