Shipping Policy

 

These Shipping Terms apply to all orders placed through Interzivo (hereinafter referred to as “I” or “we”).

1. Shipping Coverage

Our shipping service is currently available across all regions of Australia.
Shipping outside Australia is not supported at this time.

2. Shipping Fees

  • Orders 80.99 AUD and above (including 80.99 AUD) qualify for free shipping.

  • Orders below 80.99 AUD will incur a flat shipping fee of 9.99 AUD.

3. Taxes

All published product prices already include applicable taxes.
No additional tax will be charged at checkout.

4. Cut-Off Time

  • Orders placed and paid before 18:00 (Sydney time) will begin processing on the same working day.

  • Orders placed after 18:00 will start processing on the next working day.

  • If placed on non-working days, processing will begin on the next working day.

5. Processing Time

The estimated processing time for each order is 1–3 working days before dispatch.

6. Shipping Timeframe

Once an order has been dispatched, the estimated time to reach the destination is approximately 6–10 working days.
Actual timing may vary depending on transit conditions and carrier operations.

8. Tracking Information

Tracking details will be provided via email or within the order account page once the parcel departs our facility.

9. Responsibility Statement

Responsibility for the parcel transitions to the carrier once it is accepted into their network.
We will provide support with inquiries, however disruptions or loss during transit will follow the carrier’s handling procedures.

10. Delivery Receipt Guidance

Please check the package upon receipt.
If you notice damage, missing items, or any irregularity, contact us within a reasonable timeframe and provide relevant information so we can assist.
